Approach
Transformation first. Products from what repeats.
Nuvant is a data and AI transformation company that builds software from its own work. Transformation work shows us which problems are common across enterprises and which are specific to one. The common ones become products.
01The model
Two tracks, one direction
Every stage of a transformation produces an outcome for the client and a reusable component for us. The components accumulate into products, then a platform.
02Stages
The four stages
01·Data
Foundation
Get the data right.
Every transformation starts with the data. We map sources and owners, reconcile the core entities, and build the pipelines and controls that make the data dependable. It is the least visible stage and the one everything else depends on.
What it includes
- Source and owner mapping
- Core entity models
- Production pipelines
- Quality, lineage, and access controls
- Client gets
- A governed data platform with named owners and production pipelines.
- Nuvant keeps
- Domain models, connector patterns, and quality checks that recur across clients.
02·Software
Products
Ship what repeats.
Once the data holds, the same needs show up across clients in the same industry: the same entity models, the same forecasts, the same reconciliation logic. We package those into maintained, versioned software rather than rebuilding them for every client.
What it includes
- Domain data models
- Connectors to enterprise systems
- Forecasting and reconciliation components
- Versioned releases with support
- Client gets
- Faster delivery on proven components, and updates they don’t pay to rebuild.
- Nuvant keeps
- Licensed products with a roadmap set by live deployments.
03·Automation
Agents
Automate defined work.
Agents are the last layer, not the first. With clean data and stable products underneath, agents can do narrow, auditable work (preparing documents, reconciling records, routing requests) and be tested against real historical cases before they touch production.
What it includes
- Workflow agents with narrow permissions
- Evaluation on your historical cases
- Human review thresholds
- Audit logging and escalation paths
- Client gets
- Production agents with permissions, logs, and measured error rates.
- Nuvant keeps
- Agent templates and evaluation suites for recurring workflows.
04·Operations
Platform
Run it as a system.
Over time the data, products, and agents converge into one platform with shared identity, observability, and controls. Your teams operate it. We stay to maintain the product layer and keep extending it.
What it includes
- Shared identity and access
- Observability across data, models, and agents
- Controls your teams operate
- Extension through new products
- Client gets
- One operated platform instead of a portfolio of projects.
- Nuvant keeps
- A platform business where each deployment makes the next one cheaper.
03Terms
What this means for clients
Ideas are tested before they are funded.
A prototype on real data costs a fraction of a program and answers the only question that matters: is there value here. The business funds what passed, not what presented well.
You own your data and your deployment.
Pipelines, models trained on your data, and configurations built for your environment are yours. We own the product code and license it to you.
You don’t pay twice for the same component.
If we have built it before, you license the product instead of funding a rebuild. Transformation fees go to the parts that are specific to you.
The work compounds instead of ending.
A transformation is a continuing relationship, not a project with a handover date. The team that builds the foundation stays to put models, agents, and the platform on top of it, and the software we license is versioned and supported for as long as you run it.
If your data isn’t ready for AI, that is the right place to start.
Tell us what you’re working with. We’ll tell you where we would start and what it would take.
